Cascade Ballroom
The Cascade Ballroom stands out as one of the most unique venues in the Vail Valley. With a wall full of windows and a large deck off the back of the room, this ballroom is the perfect spot to let the setting sun illuminate your event. The Cascade Ballroom can accommodate from 80 to 180 guests, providing a magnificent backdrop for any reception.
Creekside Room
The Creekside Room provides a beautiful setting for receptions of up to 60 guests. Another plus: the Creekside Room opens up to the hotel's gorgeous ceremony location - the Creekside Deck.
Creekside Deck
This stunning deck and glowing fire pits are only steps away from Gore Creek. Surrounded by aspen trees, this venue offers an impressive setting that can accommodate up to 150 guests for a private ceremony.
Creekside Gardens
This intimate setting provides an inspiring backdrop that is truly one-of-a-kind. The exquisite Creekside Gardens location can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony set to the sounds of Gore Creek.
Mountain View Room
The Mountain View Room is the perfect location for an intimate wedding of up to 40 guests and provides scenic views of Vail Mountain and access to the Creekside Deck.
Rocky Mountain Gardens
Enjoy a true Colorado experience with a billowing, white canopy pulled into pleats. Rocky Mountain Gardens can accommodate from 40 to 220 guests for an amazing evening.
Atwater on Gore Creek
Vail Cascade's signature creek-side restaurant features creative American cuisine served fireside and overlooking Gore Creek. With seasonal, vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as a new tapas-style menu, Atwater is the perfect place to satisfy any palate. Atwater accommodates up to 150 guests.
