To ensure the quality of your Vail vacation rental, Vail Cascade Condominiums participates in the Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) program, a community-wide initiative established to improve the quality and value offered by the Vail Valley's lodging properties. Under the LQA, a third-party rates each property platinum, gold, silver or bronze, depending on its quality, condition, furnishings, appointments and other details. Vail Cascade Condominiums is proud to present only platinum and very highly rated gold properties within its collection of private residences. These private homes do not have air-conditioning. Private vacation home rentals are subject to a 7% hotel fee per home, per night. Hotel fees are subject to change.
