292 luxurious guest rooms with mountain or courtyard views; 80 condominiums and private residences
Resort Service Charge & Parking Fee
In addition to guestroom rates and taxes, there is a daily resort service charge of $20.00 (if dates fall between Dec 15-March 31); $10.00 (if dates fall between April 1-December 14) per hotel room, per night, or a resort charge of 6% of the nightly rate for condominiums. There is also a daily parking fee for hotel guests.
The resort charge includes:
- Access to Aria Spa & Club, our extensive sports, fitness and health facility
- Shuttle service to Lionshead and Vail Villages
- In-room coffee and tea service (hotel only)
- Local telephone access, credit card and 800 access calls made from the guestroom
- Incoming faxes
- In-room high speed internet access (hotel only)
These charges are separate and distinct from the room rate and from taxes. Resort service charges, parking fees and taxes may be subject to change.

- Cascade Village Market and Cafe - The Market has all of your favorite hot and cold beverages, as well as hot breakfast sandwiches, pastries, muffins, and an assorted variety of deli sandwiches, gourmet cheeses, chocolates, and many additional items that you can grab on the go.
- Room service is available to hotel guests 24 hours a day, and to the condominium or private residences until 10PM
