Featuring choice selections from the hotel's signature restaurant, Atwater on Gore Creek, in-room dining menus include:
- Breakfast - Serving egg dishes, fresh fruit, pancakes, classic sides and beverages, 7am-11am
- All-Day Dining - Featuring salads, soups, sandwiches, main dish plates and desserts, 11am-9pm
- Kid's Menu - Satisfying smaller appetites with kid-friendly delights (named and created by kids), such as quesadillas, multigrain mac & cheese, stop light chicken, and cheeseburger & fries, 11am-9pm
- Half-Pipe Pizza - House-made gourmet pizzas. Try a composed specialty of the house, or go freestyle and create your own.
We also offer a continuous assortment of healthy-choice Aria spa cuisine, spa smoothies, desserts and an extensive wine list (alcohol only delivered to hotel rooms). In addition, Vail Cascade is happy to arrange a cocktail reception or dinner party in your hotel room, suite or vacation rental.
