Spring Dining at Vail Cascade
Atwater on Gore Creek, Vail Cascade's signature creekside restaurant, will be closed from April 16 and will re-open for dinner on June 1 and breakfast, lunch and dinner on June 2. Spring dining options at Vail Cascade include:
- Breakfast, lunch, early dinner and everything in between available in Market Café from 7am-5pm
- Dinner, craft beer and specialty drinks available in Fireside Bar from 5pm-10pm
- Dinner menu available in-room from 5pm-10pm daily
