Yogi will host weekend workshop at 78,000 square foot wellness center Aria

Vail, Colorado—June 2, 2010--Aria at the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa welcomes widely acclaimed Yogi Peter Sterios for a weekend workshop entitled “Gravity and Grace” June 4-6th. Peter Sterios lives in San Luis Obispo, California, and is visiting Aria to offer his workshop for those interested in mindful yoga practice. Sterios has spent three decades of study in the US and India, and is also a writer for Yoga Journal.
Sterios’ first yoga DVD "Gravity & Grace" was released in 2007 and recently honored by Yoga Journal’s Richard Rosen as "...one of the top 15 yoga videos of all time". Peter Sterios brings all aspects of his yoga expertise to guide participants through a workshop that will include meditation, active sequences (standing, twists, backbends), and “restorative yoga”—a slower moving class utilizing props and partner assisted exercises.
