When he's not in the gym Mike enjoys being outside, skiing, mountain biking, camping or just hiking with his dog.

Patti Hyre - Certified Personal Trainer

Aaron Suma - Certified Personal Trainer

Aaron recently moved here from Iowa with his fiancée Ashley. Aaron attended the University of Northern Iowa where he received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise Science. Aaron is well rounded in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning and designs progressive programs for all types of people from those who have pre-existing injuries to athletes looking to improve performance. Aaron is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach. Aaron loves teaching Olympic Weightlifting and its importance in athletics to athletes. Aaron enjoys snowboarding in the winter and playing many sports including basketball, football, golf, tennis, soccer, softball, and is also a competitive racquetball player.

Angela Muzic - Pilates Supervisor
"Pilates fine-tunes your body."
Angela came to the Vail Valley in October 2006 from Columbus, Ohio, after graduating from The Ohio State University, to find out if snowboarding really was her true love. Not only did she confirm her passion for the snow, she also found a strong desire to hike, bike and run, taking full advantage of "heaven on earth," as she describes her newfound home.
Angela has been an athlete since she began playing softball at the age of six and carried her talent into her college career. Beginning her fitness career as a Certified Personal Trainer, Angela has a well-rounded approach to health and fitness. In addition to softball, she has competed in swim, golf, martial arts, dance and gymnastics.
Angela has expanded her horizons into the world of Pilates describing the discipline as "the missing link" to any fitness regimen. "Pilates fine-tunes your body. It is a very important component to overall health and fitness. Pilates focuses on very precise movement and muscle focus developing proper posture, strength, balance and flexibility." Angela studied Pilates through Body Arts and Sciences International, founded by Rael Isacowitz, who studied directly under Joseph Pilates.

Kristina Kuzmich - Yoga Program Supervisor
"Come Align, to Unwind."
Kristina's formal yoga practice began in 2004 in the discipline of mindful meditation while attending graduate school studying Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. Growing up an athlete in varying sports, she had practiced yoga asana (postures) several times but did not come into her own deep exploration of yoga asana until 2008. Slowly, she began to unfold, shedding layers, like that of an onion, going deeper, while simultaneously opening more so to the world around. She began to not only practice on the mat routinely, but to explore Svadhyaya (self-study), purchasing the traditional yoga books and adding them to her existing meditation library. As a 600-Hour Certified Massage Therapist, Kristina has a well developed understanding of the human body and emphasizes asana practice and daily routines with the viewpoint of longevity and ease in the body.
Over time, Kristina's dedication and discipline for the practice of yoga became overwhelmingly clear that it was in her dharma to teach. Working closely with her teacher Annie Carpenter in Los Angeles, Kristina was able to deepen her practice, learning more on a spiritual, physical, mental and emotional level than she thought was possible. She continues to travel back to L.A., training with her teacher as she is working to complete her 300-hour certificate. Kristina feels honored and blessed to share the gift of yoga with others, as well as to continue her own personal path. Teaching fills her heart, and her students continually remind her of compassion, loving kindness and the abundance of growth in all realms of life.
