Patti's philosophy towards fitness is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence, and self respect. Her programs are based on strength conditioning, nutrition, and aerobic training. She has 25 years experience competing in marathons, half marathons and iron man triathlons. As a professional and a competitive athlete Patti enjoys running, snowshoeing, skate skiing, biking, waterskiing, and weight training.

He incorporates sound physiological and anatomical principles coupled with your goals to help you achieve a higher level of functioning. As a NSCA certified strength conditioning specialist and an ACE certified personal trainer Mike will help you get the most out of your time in the gym. Whether your goals are weight loss or sports specific skill development; Mike's focus on details and his drive to get the job done will have you singing praise about your new abilities. When he's not in the gym Mike enjoys being outside; skiing, mountain biking, camping, or just hiking with his dog.

We would like to introduce you to Michael Payne Michael Payne

Michael is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer and a 10 year Coach/Professional Member of the USA Gymnastics governing body. He has trained athletes and contributed to the fitness lifestyles of many across the US. Michael believes finding glory in every training session is key to achieving training goals and living a prosperous healthy lifestyle. With years of experience and knowledge covering functional training, rehabilitation, weight loss, and bodybuilding, he invites you to an intense training session while educating you on a variety of fitness aspects. When not training or coaching, Michael enjoys spending time with family and engaging in academic research.

As a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer, Justin is dedicated and passionate to achieving results through hard work while having fun. As a practicing martial artist in Korean tae-kwan-do and Brazilian jiu-jitsu as well as being a lifetime athlete, Justin's skills go much beyond the fitness center Precor machines and free weights. He keeps his training as versatile as the experience and has fun while helping others to reach their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. Justin enjoys an active lifestyle of martial arts, teaching, snowboarding, yoga, hiking, running, mountain biking, camping, snowshoeing, basketball, and of course lifting weights and staying fit.
