Patti Hyre - Certified Personal Trainer

Patti's philosophy towards fitness is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence and self-respect. Her programs are based on strength conditioning, nutrition, and aerobic training. She has 25 years experience competing in marathons, half marathons and iron man triathlons. As a professional and a competitive athlete Patti enjoys running, snowshoeing, skate skiing, biking, waterskiing and weight training.

Luke Charles is a Certified Personal Trainer focused on providing the highest quality individual and group personal training services. He is a Certified Fitness Instructor from the Aerobic and Fitness Association of American, specializing in functional movement systems. Luke is an expert in endurance conditioning, golf strengthening exercises, and total body circuit training. Furthermore, he conducts training methods in TRX, KettleBell, and Plyometric. With over three years of experience as a personal trainer/coach, he has a proven track record of client satisfaction, retention and results. The skill obtained with these certifications allow him to customize individual programs designed to meet clients goals through the evaluation of specific diagnostics, lab panel and fitness results.
