Take your practice deeper, advance in your yoga knowledge and brighten your voice in this two month yoga immersion with Aria's Yoga Director and Certified SmartFLOW Yoga Teacher, Kristina R. Kuzmich.

Are you one who has recently completed your 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate? 

Are you desiring to teach, but perhaps feeling stuck or maybe "just not quite ready"? 

Do you find yourself seeking a small like-minded community where you can explore your teaching, find strength in your voice and express yourself to emerge with your own personal teaching style?

Would you like to learn hands on adjustments and modifications ensuring confidence in your instruction?
 
This two month immersion is designed for newer yoga teachers who have a strong desire to go to that next level in their practice.  With weekly asana practice, weekly 2.5 hour trainings, you will practice teach, modify and adjust with proper anatomical alignment using props and verbal instructions, while taking time to work on your own personal practice on and off the mat.  Breaking down fears that hold us back from giving and sharing our whole true potential Self, this immersion will help you to become one with the teacher within yourself.  

What you will receive from this Immersion:
 
- Teach a community class, offering you teaching hours and experience
- Cultivating clear language and instruction for teaching
- Basic Sanskrit pronunciation for key concepts
- Hands on adjustments and modifications for injury prevention & rehabilitation
- Help you understand limitations and fears in yourself
- Intro to yoga philosophy per The Yoga Sutra's of Patanjali
- Weekly 2.5 hour meetings with Kristina
- Weekly asana practice
- Become a part of the Aria Yoga Program with the opportunity to be a part of the yoga team as a teacher
- Provide you with a two month membership to the Aria Yoga Program so you are able to take all of the Aria Yoga classes

$250 for both months
