Mathew Bayley is a Grand Master in Chinese Martial Arts and has spent over 50 years in the pursuit of understanding and applying a physical discipline as part of a holistic lifestyle. “We are a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical being. One cannot be separated from the others” Bayley says. Tai Chi, the slow motion form of Kung Fu, enables each participant to develop greater control of any or all of the aspects of the human experience. Tai Chi, in its conception, was designed to let each person develop greater understanding of the parts of their life they wish to explore.
