To ensure the quality of your Vail condo rental, Vail Cascade Condominiums participates in the Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) program, a community-wide initiative established to improve the quality and value offered by the Vail Valley's lodging properties. Under the LQA, a third party rates each property platinum, gold, silver or bronze, depending on its quality, condition, furnishings, appointments and other details. Vail Cascade Condominiums is proud to offer more platinum units than any other condominium operation in Vail, and more than 90 percent of our inventory is rated platinum or gold. Our condominium units do not have air conditioning, with the exception of Westhaven Condominiums.
