Our indoor ceremony and reception rooms are perfect for a winter wonderland wedding, with windows that reveal snowcapped mountains as bright and beautiful as the bride herself. No matter the weather outside, a wedding inside is sure to bring the same warmth shared by the newlyweds to every guest.

As spectacular as Vail is in the winter, it is our spring, summer and fall seasons that are truly breathtaking, and Vail Cascade has a view of it all that will leave you in awe. While our indoor rooms are available for weddings, our outdoor patios, decks and tent areas come alive with the touch of mother nature and act as the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. Whether you dream of walking down a wildflower filled isle, or of saying your vows amid an ocean of sun kissed aspen trees, Vail Cascade provides the ultimate setting.

Cascade Ballroom

Our Cascade ballroom stands out as one of the most unique venues in the Vail Valley. With a wall full of windows and a large deck off the back of the room this ballroom is the perfect spot to let the setting sun illuminate your event. This ballroom can accommodate from 80 to 180 guests, providing a wonderful facility for any reception.

Creekside Room

Our Creekside Room overlooks the completely renovated deck and provides a beautiful setting for receptions up to 60 guests. Our Creekside Room opens up to our other gorgeous ceremony location…the Creekside Deck.

Creekside Deck

Our beautiful new deck is only steps away from Gore Creek. This breathtaking site can accommodate up to 150 guests for a private ceremony.

Creekside Gardens

This intimate setting provides a backdrop for your ceremony that is truly one of a kind. Our beautiful Creekside Gardens ceremony location can accommodate up to 190 guests for a ceremony set to the sounds of rushing water and the beauty of nature.

Mountain View Room

This beautiful room provides the ideal space for a long cocktail hour prior to your reception. Our Mountain View Room is the perfect location for an intimate wedding of up to 40 guests. With scenic views of Vail Mountain, this location captures the essence of the Rocky Mountains.

Rocky Mountain Gardens

Our Rocky Mountain Gardens location is the most sought-after outdoor venue, allowing you to experience a true Colorado wedding. Complete with our specialty twinkle light package, these tents glow throughout the night! The two pavilion tents can accommodate from 40 to 230 guests for an amazing evening.
