Put Your Fitness to the Challenge with the Warrior Dash Benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Want to get in shape and train for one of the most mind and body-challenging courses in the U.S.? Vail Cascade, a Vail mountain resort, invites you to be a true WARRIOR and join our team for a weekend of strength, stamina and FUN at the WARRIOR DASH.
About Warrior Dash
Seeing the need for a fun, challenging way to stay healthy and get fit, Red Frog Events (an event company based in Chicago, IL) unleashed Warrior Dash in 2009 and has been a forerunner of the event production industry ever since. The first Warrior Dash was held in Joliet, IL and has come a long way in the past four years! Over a million Warriors have stormed The Battleground and raised $7.5 million and counting for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. More than 150 Warrior Dashes have taken place on the most rugged terrain across six countries and four continents. That’s a ton of mud, sweat and beer. Learn more.
Colorado Warrior Dash
The 2014 Warrior Dash is held in Copper Mountain, Colorado (a 20-minute drive from Vail) on Saturday, August 16. It’s a 3.1 mile, 11 obstacle event; warriors not only tackle obstacles along the course, they also run to make a difference. Warrior Dash partners with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The St. Jude Warriors program encourages Warrior Dash racers to fundraise for St. Jude. To compete in Warrior Dash, participants must be at least 14 years of age. Participants under 18 years of age on race day must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at packet pick-up to sign a waiver and release. We need YOU on our team!
