SUP not your thing? No worries! Kids of all ages can enjoy skateboarding. Skateboarding is a recreation that has grown tremendously in popularity in Vail. With two fabulous parks; Vail Skate Park on the top of Lionshead Parking Structure and Freedom Park in Edwards, these two skate venues provide a perfect location for beginners, those trying to hone their craft, and even experts to enjoy. No reservations are required, but it’s always wise to check with the venues for hours of operation. Helmets are required for skaters and elbow and knee pads are recommended.
