Wednesday Craft Beer Tastings continue to go smoothly and be very well-received. Many thanks to Jess Draper and her team from Upslope for being here last night! They were here for the final evening of a large bankers conference in-house, so it was a bit different than the norm with our leisure guests. Attendees were sampling Upslope IPA, Upslope Brown Ale, and the new seasonal, Upslope Foreign Style Stout. Next week we’re welcoming Jack from Crazy Mountain Brewing Co., and I will post what he’s bringing on our Atwater on Gore Creek Facebook page. Mark it on your calendar now: Wednesday, February 13th from 4:30 – 6:30pm in the Fireside Bar.

New this week on our craft beer list are the following:

  • Samuel Adams Alpine Spring, Kellerbier, Boston, MA (draft)
  • Firestone Walker Double Jack, Imperial IPA, Paso Robles, CA (large format)
  • Redstone Meadery Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks, Mountain Honey Wine, Boulder, CO (cellar list)

Note: Due to the rotation of Samuel Adams Winter Lager to Samuel Adams Alpine Spring, we will be introducing Dry Dock Apricot Blonde to our draft selection in order to diversify the flavor profile of our Craft Draft Flight.

Friday Night Flights –Craft Draft Flight this week:

  • Samuel Adams Alpine Spring
  • Dry Dock Hefeweizen
  • AC Golden Colorado Native
