Aria Club Launches New Altitude Training Programs in Vail for the Everyday Athlete
With spring upon us and summer drawing near, people – from the everyday athlete or leisure explorer to the couch potato – venture outdoors to enjoy Colorado’s playground. And for many, this adventure literally takes them to ‘elevated heights’ that can test even the most active athlete. Check out Aria Club's new 'Work Hard, Play Hard' spring series.
As Vail Valley’s award-winning health and wellness center, Aria Club has launched a new ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ series that focuses on bursts of altitude training to sharpen game skills, mix up workout routines and give everyday athletes the abilities and confidence to compete in one of Colorado’s many outdoor events and races. The new series includes specialized programs for obstacle competitions, golf, and tennis.
In addition to these programs, Aria Fitness Club will unveil a new 12-foot bouldering wall in July and has added nutritional and weight monitoring programs for athletes looking for a comprehensive approach to health and fitness.
