Holiday White Chocolate Peppermint Chocolates


  • White Chocolate 8 oz
  • Heavy Cream 4 oz
  • Peppermint Compound 1 tbl
  • White Chocolate Glaze 8 oz


1. Bring the heavy cream to a boil & fold into chopped white chocolate.

2. Stir the chocolate until all is melted add the peppermint compound.

3. Let the ganache cool and then pipe it into the chocolate cup.

4. Let the cup cool and then roll the chocolate filled cup into the white chocolate glaze, then into the crushed peppermint candies.
