Holiday Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
- Unsalted butter 1 lb
- Granulated sugar 1.5 cups
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla bean paste 2 tsp
- All purpose flour 5 cups
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Cream the Butter & Sugar together
2. Add the Eggs and Vanilla, slowly scraping the bowl after each addition
3. Add the dry ingredients slowly
