Holiday Choclate Rum Balls
Ingredients:
- Ground Cake & Muffin Crumbs 2 cups
- Cocoa Powder 2 tbl
- Powder Sugar 1 cup
- Chopped Pecans 1 cup
- Honey 2 tbl
- Chocolate Coating 1 cup
Method:
1. Fold the crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chopped pecans & honey together
2. Mix well till it forms a dough
3. Pinch off pieces of the chocolate dough to form walnut size balls
4. Dip the balls into the chocolate coating and roll into the crushed nuts or sprinkles
