Holiday Choclate Rum Balls

Ingredients:

  • Ground Cake & Muffin Crumbs 2 cups
  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbl
  • Powder Sugar 1 cup
  • Chopped Pecans 1 cup
  • Honey 2 tbl
  • Chocolate Coating 1 cup

Method:

1. Fold the crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chopped pecans & honey together

2. Mix well till it forms a dough

3. Pinch off pieces of the chocolate dough to form walnut size balls

4. Dip the balls into the chocolate coating and roll into the crushed nuts or sprinkles
